AN OPPORTUNITY TO CARE
Tuwhiri Europe … Tuwhiri Americas?
In January, Tuwhiri’s editorial board farewelled Suzanne Franzway, and welcomed Starr Kelton-Locke (California) and Cathryn Jacob (UK) onto the board. Starr and Cathryn went through the recent Bodhi College Secular Dharma Course together.
We continue to look for two or three others in Europe, Africa, the Americas, Asia and elsewhere who – at an appropriate time – will replace our two founding editorial board members.
In particular, we are looking for someone who has book production experience, or who would be happy to learn about the process of creating books.
Also, if you have knowledge of book distribution, marketing, or would like to apply your experience of social media in wholesome ways, we’d love to hear from you.
If you care about the new, secular approach to the dharma that is developing, help us and you’ll be helping to publish books, developing educational resources, and more.
Find an overview of Tuwhiri on our About page.

SECULAR DHARMA TALK
Stephen Batchelor on imagination, creativity and magic
‘Not just about personal fulfilment, these are qualities needed to wake up the whole Buddhist community to think more critically, more carefully, more imaginatively. And not only about doctrines, but about power structures and injustices within the community.’
Read the transcript of this talk, given to New York’s Community Meditation Centre. ⁂
